Shipping, pickup & returns

How your order gets to you, and what happens if something goes wrong on the way.

Shipping

Shipping is via UPS, or USPS when UPS isn't an available service. Orders ship within one to two business days unless otherwise noted. Shipping cost is shown at checkout.

Packing

Every order is double boxed, with padding in both boxes.

Local pickup (Tacoma)

Orders for pickup can be scheduled by email at aaronfilson@gmail.com, or leave a note in the order note section at checkout on how to contact you. Please allow one to two business days for a pickup window to be available.

Returns

Returns are not accepted.

If something arrives broken

If an item is broken in shipping, email a photo of the damage to aaronfilson@gmail.com. I will deal with the insurance and issue a refund.
